Dispute dept dont understand logic!

This has just started from the beginning where when eesa called discovery to enquire a way forward after realising our transaction was actually rather suspicious they advised we should fill out dispute forms and they even advised we should wait to see the feedback before taking up with ncc

I sent dispute forms to request the payment to be reversed but this lady says she can't cancel the debit order when I did not even request that.

Just where is her brain?

I sent to discovery proof of my cancellation as per the clause as I suspected the company to not refund me, and wow, thanks to discovery, they said yhry won't.

Now please go read this case properly with your eyes open and help me.

The ncc even understands me, I'm just stunned I need to go via other means for help.

I will be cancelling my credit card with you soon as you guys just get business and give in return
