Refusal to cancel my policy for 4 months

I have been trying to cancel my policy for 4 months now. Instead, every month my account gets debited for an investment plan that i DO NOT WANT. I tried cancelling by calling and they refered me to my financial advisor- who no longer answers any of my calls. I have even gotten blacklisted because of this policy since they have been debiting an account i had been trying to close- which i can not close since they won't close that debit order. I am of this Old Mutual issue and would discourage anyone from ever dealing with them or their financial advisors. They are advisors when they need your money and sign you up, but when you need them to solve your issues, they neglect you and actually cause you more financial problems.
Anyone who knows where and how i can put this thing to a stop, please let me know- i want to cancel desperately.
