I recently went to Look and Listen. They advised that a copy of the TV Series (Little Britian) Season 1, that i was looking for was only available at their Atterbury branch in PTA. They advised that I should pay an extra R40.00 for Courier company Internet express to deliver same via courier. They promised that we should receive same within 5 working days. I went back to check after 5 working days and my parcel was still not delivered. Karabo then only phoned and made me wait 30 minutes while he tried to call the courier company. I was then again advised that it would be available today. I phoned to follow up on my parcel and it was not available again today. I was advised to collect from Atterbury. This is redicules. This Karabo clearly has no sense. And Look and listen clearly is look and half asleep if you ask me. the whole of the staff were behaving in a lack luster unprofessional way as well.
