After cancellation still they want to deduct money

I spoke to Lizelle van Rhyn 9 April 2013 - during the conversation I asked about cancelling this policy which was apparently activated as we spoke?
I faxed a cancellation letter 10 April for Liandri Pienaar I phoned to confirm she did receive this letter.
I do not give the company any permission to debit my account with ANY ADMIN FEES OR ANY PREMIUMS.
THIS CANCELLATION IS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!
I requested a confirmation letter from Ms Pienaar today WITH the confirmation that NO AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT! I am still waiting for this confirmation letter!?
I have seek legal advice regarding this matter and you are required by the credit law to honour my request and cancel this policy with immediate effect with no charges to me what so ever!
Stop orders has been placed at my bank AND DO NOT ever threaten me again if I put any stop orders at my bank that you will take me to the Credit bureau
Above is a copy of the letter that was send to the insurance company this morning. I was threatened by them if I put a stop order at my bank they will hand me over to the credit Bureau. they demand I pay admin fee R690? AFTER CANCELLATION - WHY??? what happend to 5 day cooling off
