Smart device not delivered

I ordered a tablet through the internet and received a phone call to say that my application had been successful and will be delivered within 10 days, I will be phoned by the courier service. Today is the 10th days and I have received no such phone call, nor a reference number or even the name of the courier company.

When I tried to phone the help line for the smart devices, I was kept waiting for a long time and then someone picked up the phone and hung up. I phoned the line twice and it happened both times, I could clearly hear voices in the background.

I am now worried that by the time the debit order for this device goes through, I will not have received it and I have no way of tracking my enquiry or the device. I do not mind driving to fetch the device at the dotFNBBranch in Centurion Mall and I am perplexed at how can the delivery take 10 days since I live in the Capital city. If [URL Removed] can deliver to a farm in the Northern Cape within 24 hours, surely Pretoria isn't that hard?
