Despite numerous requests to have this OVERPRCED credit life protection removed from my account Standard Bank is trying to force me to pay for this. I have already told you that I have my own life protection and DO NOT want your overpriced product to cover R95 000.00 at R R251.00 a month - I can get R 500 000.00 life cover at that price. I have not signed for it in my contarct nor have I asked for it. Please remove this and refund my account with interest immediately.
Indifferent: Previous premiums were refunded but on the 25th |March another premium for R216.44 was deducted? My interest has also not been refunded
