Fax was send to head office requesting that the policy be cancelled on the 17th Jan 2012. I phoned the same day to inquire only to be told that the letter wasn't signed. I faxed the signed letter again the same day. On the 21st Jan I phoned again and was told the same story- letter wasn't signed. I faxed the same (signed) letter again on the 21st of Jan- also requesting that confirmation be send to my email (address provided) when the letter is received. This didn't happen at all. On the 24th of Jan I phoned again and was told AGAIN that the letter wasn't signed. I then faxed all the previous fax reports together with the SIGNED letter of cancellation to their head office, again requesting that confirmation be send to my email address (provided) when the letter was received. Again I received no confirmation. This morning I received an SMS from my bank that the policy has gone off from my wife's account. When I asked the lady whom I spoke to this morning - can unfortunately not remember her name, who is going to be liable for the service fees from my bank, when the other debit orders we have bounces, she could not answer me. My next move is to BEELD!
