Last year I was contacted by the Nedbank department as it was discovered that money was withdrawn from my account without my authorisation and without my bank card which was in my possession. I was then told to go to a branch to report the incident, which I had to take time of from work to do. I was then told that I will be refunded after 6 weeks, however it's been more than 6 months and i haven't been contacted as yet, nor have i been refunded. I've been a Nedbank client for eight years and I'm not thinking that it's time to move as my money does not appear to be safe, nor my loyalty appreciated.
