How difficult is it to load a debit order really

25/03/2013 my monthly premium debit order was disputed so it did not go through. Upon realising this I call miway on 28/03/ 2013 to inform them that my bank details have changed and they should effect the debit order on my new bank details. He said it has been done and even sent me the updated schedule. And he confirmed with me I am covered.
04/04/2013, I receive an sms that miway debit order has failed (on my old bank details) and this is costing me R138 by the way. So I send an email and I call again, the guy promises that he has no loaded bank details and everything is fine I am covered.
09/04/2013, I get a call from a rude agent who treats me like I am an, tells me that I am not covered, that my debit order was not loaded, and I need to have another inspection on my car to be covered.
Just how difficult is it to load bank details and effect a debit order. And how many times does one have to call miway to get a simple instruction done?
