I've spent the last 4 working days calling Nedbank's vehicle financing department, but have never gotten through to anybody. My call gets dropped after around 6 mins of holding on.
All i want to know is when i receive my documents for my vehicle which is now paid off and/or what the procedure is. Instead I've sat for hours listening to annoying songs. I feel like I've been patient enough in using their channels and i will not go to a branch to get this sorted. Rather remove any reference to the call centre if you can't handle the demand and find alternative methods of having your clients contact you.
Last time i use Nedbank for finance.
