I have a funeral policy with Regent since 2008. For the past 4/5 months i have been requesting for my debit date to be changed to the 1st of every month and not the 18th on which Regent decided to take my money. I again contacted them last month to ensure they deduct the premium on the 1st of every month but this has not been done. This morning they deducted R238.89 from my banking account which is nt even my monthly premium firstly and secondly again on the 18th after i requested for this to be done on the 1st.
I am so disappointed in Regent and feel that i want to cancel this policy... If this is how they treat their customers i would not want anything to do with them anymore.
