Hi,

I went to FNB about 20min ago, I went to check my bank balance. When I got inside the bank I saw a long queue so I ask a gentlemen who work at FNB if I can check my balance with the tellers and he said yes I can.

When I got to the teller Pat (The teller) started questioning me why I am checking the bank balance with her and she started raising her voice. The only thing I needed was to check the bank balance. I decided to walk out of the bank without getting any help.
