Wonga is cheating customers

I took out a fast loan of R2500 from Wonga. With charges etc i had to pay back R3027.67 on the 2nd March 2013. I made sure that the funds were available for this Debit Order amount.
To my surprise the following Monday the amount was not debited from my account... I immediately Phoned and tried to do the Electronic Debit order/Payment option.
On the 6 and 7th i send them a Mail 8 times relating my difficulty of getting in touch with Wonga.
On the 7th i did a direct Payment to their ABSA Branch and send the proof of payment via E-Mail.
The problem is that i how them to date still the R30027.67 Plus another R88 for interest Charges.
On the 12th at last i spoke to a lady confirming my payment but today (13th) it is still showing me that i Howe Wonga...
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE---WONGA IS TRYING TO DECEIVE THE GENERAL PUBLIC...
THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
