This has now been the third time that miway debits my bank account when they feel like it, and I had enough.
I decided to cancel my policy with them... but there is nobody to take my call in the cancelation department, I find this ridiculous!!!
Herewith I would like to notify miway that I am not responsible for any further payments on this policy and as from 1 April I will be using another, more professional insurance company.
I also want to know who authorized miway to take money out of my bank account whenever they want to?...according to me they are nothing more than!!!
