Very very bad Service

I have been trying to do a transaction for the past two months and to date the transaction is still not complete. today (15 March 2013) I called to the branch to complain and from the switchboard operator to the branch manager, worse is the branch manager her attitude is really pathetic and disrespectful how she answers the banks phone and speaks to clients I really wonder how she got where she is and it makes sense why her branch is the way it is. the consultant that has been assisting me has been really nice but unfortunately Nice does not pay my bills.

The whole branch could not give me the Regional Manager's email address i have been calling them since the morning and instead of them assisting me they were putting me on hold my cellphone bill is going to be really high.

I have a very loyal client of Nedbank and after this experience I am going to move all my business to another bank where i will be serviced with respect. In all the years i have banked with Nedbank Rosebank is the worst. I wonder how is their performance.

The consultant has been servicing me well but her support structure is really bad people like should not be working with such leaders.
