ABSA cannot control security properly

I made an online purchase from bid or buy and soon after that which I must add is now the second time in 2 years and only ABSA a online fraudelent case was opened. Someone and that one can only be within ABSA credit card division or call centre has managed to conduct on a sunday whilst i am at my home an internet transaction making two purchases.!!! How is this possible??? The security at BID or BUY is even three D and I had to use an OTP number to make a R195.00 purchase and yet ABSA security is so flawed that Two more purchases were made on Sunday. Perhaps ABSA should not be administering Virgins cards as they do not provide enough security. I have FNB and STANDARD BANK cards and yet none of these incidents has ever occured with my other cards only only with ABSA!!!
