Delay of response

I have been trying to submit documents to Old Mutual as my late moms pension fund payments have been placed on hold due to documents that need to be submitted. I contacted the call centre and Misha September advised me that he documents have been received and payments have been allocated. I use this money to study as I dont have parents and am struggling dismally as they have been sending me from Post to Pillar. It has been been 5 months since I have received payments and 4 months since I have been trying to get assistance. Recently when I calle in they advised me that they need confirmation from school and I was able to get the letter and sent it to them, however when I called recently i was advised that Old Mutual was trying to get hold of the school. Now it has been already a month since then, i have no idea what the delay is, i have submitted everything they required me to which has been so costly to fax, email etc considering i am a student. I am frustrated and have no idea what to do as I use this money for school and for essential needs. I am at a point of approaching the Media because Old Mutual is a huge company but they when it comes to service. Can someone Help me
