INCORRECT BILLING

My car was settled with Absa but they still deducted the instalment, I called on the 04/04/13 to request a refund, I was given a reference numbe of 8063699, I was told that it takes 3 working days, I called this morning to check the status I spoke to Lindiwe in accounts who told me that my request was not processed, the whole process should be re-done again, she then told me that she is transferring me to the person who can assist, I was holding on for 20mins no one assisted until I put the phone down, it is so difficult to get through to Absa telephonically..

until now I cant get through and all I want is my money to be refunded.
