Good morning Sir/Madam

I am having an account with AVAF and I am paying R5064.07 every month and my car is insured with Miway insurance. This month I noticed that they have deducted an amount of R6314.84 .I called AVAF and they said that is what they are doing to check whether the vehicle is insured or not and I must call 0860053421 to check with them and fax to them the proof from my vehicle insurance, so that I can claim my money back but is gonna take 7 working days.
I have never received anything from Absa saying I must submit the proof of my car insurance instead they deduct my money without my concern, what kind of business is that above all that I am told that I will get my money after 7 days. Unfortunately for me other deduction wont go through coz my account has been robbed by Absa and took all my money.

I request that money to be paid back to my account not later than tueday because, the extra 1250.77 you have deducted without my concern is for other accounts. And there are account need to go thru Tuesday.

What kind of a bank that does any how in somebody's account without alerting the owner, it so so
unprofessional. This is how you do business???
