I've been called by one of Absa consultant introduced me to Absa service plan insurance as my car is financed by the same bank. I've been told that the document will be delivered in 7 working days. Months have gone pass without document while I called every week without success. Until last week when I called ABSA to cancel policy and ask for refund. I was shocked when I told that I won't able to get a refund.
I didn't get policy document, now I won't be a refund for money that was deducted from my account.
