I had an Absa vihicle account, and in November they sent me a letter requesting a proof of insurance, if not so they will take insurance on my behalf. For some reasons I failed to send the proof in time. So they in December they deducted money from my account. When I came back in January I called them to asked what was that for, they told me that it an insurance they have taken on my behalf, I told them that I do have my own insurance. I was asked to send proof of insurance so that they can refund me, so I did as I was told on 09/01/13. On 17/01/13 I called them trying to find out how far are they with the process, I was told that it will take 5-10 working days and that my request was processed on 12/01/13.

Up until this day I have not recieved my money
