When are you updating my ITC records

I paid off my loans and my credit card on the 12th of March. The loans have been updated on ITC but the credit card still shows outstanding balance, when is this going to be sorted out? I need my ITC records updated ASAP as i would like to buy a car. I sent an email to Dipou but she didn't bother to respond.
