AFTER SENDING THIS REPORT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO THE ISSUE HAS NTO BEEN RESOLVED BECAUSE YESTERDAY I RECEIVED YET ANOTHER BANK STATEMENT OF CLIENT OF FNB.
I HAVE SENT A NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE FNB COMPLIANT EMAIL ADDRESS AND NOTHING IS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS IT HAS BEEN YEARS ALREADY AND I KEEP ON RECEIVING CHEQUE ACCOUNT STATEMENT OF ANOTHER CLIENT. CLEARLY FNB IS NOT PROACTIVE ABOUT THE MATTER LEAKING CLIENT ACCOUNTS INFORMATION TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. IT MAKES ME WONDER IF ANY OF MY INFORMATION IS LEAKED TO OTHER FNB CUSTOMERS.
I THINK I SHOULD ESCALATE THE MATTTER TO CEO MR JORDAN???
