I got a call on Friday 5th April 2013 with regards to increasing my RCP I called back yesterday morning (Monday 8th April just after 8am) the lady I spoke to said someone would call me back, NO ONE CALLED!
I called in again this morning at 09:05 explaining to Thulani that it is urgent he says maybe someone will call me today or tomorrow, I asked if he cannot put me through to his sales department... He said he cant.
I am very disappointed in Standard Bank's customer service! AND after about 15 years of banking with them I think I am moving over to FNB!
