I won a prize at an event that FNB sponsored 7 months ago. I met with their representatives after the event and I was told that the prize was, that FNB would fly my wife and myself to any FNB event, all expenses paid. Or that FNB was willing to help me with something I really needed. I intimated that I would prefer help with my business and that I needed help with my website. 5 Months passed with no follow up. It's embarrassing to phone someone and ask where your prize is. My wife eventually plucked up the courage to call the organiser of the event on 4th March and he was shocked and embarrassed to hear that there was no followup. I duly received an e-mail from FNB on the 4th March concerning the website. Where she stated "I will give you a cal tomorrow regarding this as with web support the question is "how long is a piece of string"." So clearly the website was going to be a problem. FNB has a small business section so I mailed her and asked her if we could rather do a business plan as this could be done in house. It could't be done in house and she would find someone else to help. So much time has passed that I mailed her to forget it.
