Work not doen properly

I have visited Standard Bank Kuilsriver branch yesterday to make changes on my account, the consultant were extremely help full.

I asked the consultant if i will be able to do cellphone banking on this new account and he said i have to de-register the old account en re- register the new account by calling the cellphone banking department the consultant offered to assist to call and i asked if i am able to call myself and he said yes i am allowed to call self as well.

So i called Standard Bank cellphone banking department followed the options as they were given i i registered and when i try to log onto my account via my phone it was suspended.

I called again and spoke to 15 different consultants which send me back and forth back and fort since yesterday morning no one was able to assist i called again this morning and the same happened.

STANDARD BANK service is EXTREMELY POOR!!!

i am VERY disappointed
