I was at this branch and had a request for a revesal on a transaction on a deposit as the mistake was made by the branch, who ever made the transaction did not advice that acount number and the acount holder does not corospond on three different transactions they only reversed one trensaction for me. I dont want to go back to the branch as I was told by one lady there that it is my problem and should find their Client "grand prix Maintanance" in the telephonebook and contact them myself and request a reversal but seing as there is no way to find every telephonebook for evry province in South Africa and search for this client whom i have never heard of and for that reason could not have entered it as a benafishery on a deposit slip I feel it is ABSA who should sort this out.
