MIISING DEPOSIT AMOUNT

Yesterday I made a cheque deposit of R10 000-00 into my cheques account. The bank deposit which I have in my possession shows the transaction done at 10H15. I check my account yesterday which showed movements due of the deposit amount. Today when I checked my banking account amount was missing with no indication where the transaction went to. I called the call centre who advised that there was no transaction done at the branch on that acccount with that amount yesterday. They made contact with the branch who I requested that they investigate and call me within half an hour. My greatest concern is that the amount simply does not show, like it had been erased. I do have copies of my transaction done at the bank.
