Keep getting cut off and e-mails are ignored

Good day

I have been trying for 2 weeks to speak to a consultant and when i dial the number and choose the option I get cut off.

Then I have mailed you twice and still no one gets back to me.

I am insured with you and need to add to my insurance as well as get advice.

Please assist
