RCS
RCS won't grant me credit because I've no accounts

I applied to RCS a few times to grant me a card. I am a high earner and don't need that much credit to get by hence I don't have a lot of accounts. RCS refused to grant me credit because I have a clear credit record.

This makes no sense. Please can someone explain this to me?
