I have Lodged a claim with the above insurer and opted for the basic option with regards to a courtesy vehicle however upon collecting the vehicle i find that it does not have an aircon. this I find strange as based on the vehicle I have insured with you I would want atleast an aircon. travelling with a 6 month I asked if they could assist atleast with a vehicle fitted with an aircon and I was told NO its the option I chose. I am highly Disgusted as I expected a this company to understand where I was coming from being a Mother/ women. I have cancelled all other insurances to moved to first for women and with this unhelpful service i am thinking twice if i want to move all my vehicles to them. You are not for Women Heartless!!!
