I wanted to say how impressed I am with first for women and the service I received. I recently sold my car and purchased a new one. The whole process was very stressful for various reasons and so the idea of cancelling my insurance on one car and sorting out the insurance on my new car was something I was dreading. Within 1/2 an hr of sending an sms I received a call back. I was transferred to Jenna Le Roux from the cape Town branch. Jenna was efficient, had a fantastic attitude and was eager and willing to assist. She even took the time to call my husband to clarify details which I wad unsure of. She answered all my questions and within a few minutes my old car was taken off and my new car insured. I then called again to ask that proof of insurance be sent to the car dealership. I was assisted by a lady called ntombi who e mailed the proof straight away. I moved a few months ago from another insurance company and am completely blown away by the amount of money and time I have saved. Thank you to Jenna, Ntombi and first for women. I will recommend your service to everybody! :)
