I HAD DEPOSITED AN AMOUNT OF R400 INTO AN ACCOUNT FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORT ON THE 09/04/2013 AT 18:39 THROUGH THE AUTOMATED FN ATM AND RECIEVED AN ERROR WITH MY MONEY NOT DEPOSITED AND GONE, MR XOLANI HAD ASSISTED ME THERE AFTER AND HAD DRAFTED A CONFRIMATION STATING THAT THIS WILL TAKE 72 TO 96 HOURS, IT HAS BEEN WAY PAST THE TIME PROMISED AND I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND MY CHILD HAS NO TRANSPORT TO GO TO SCHOOL I NEED THIS MATTER SORTED ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO THE NEWS PAPERS FOR THIS POOR SERVICE
