5 weeks after claims no affirmative action

I reported a claim on the 4th of March which was subsequently approved around the 18th of March. I was informed the panel beater would contact me and Jethro Johnson promised to send me bank details for payment of the excess.
After calls (answering machine service) and several emails to Jethro with no response, I went to the panel beaters myself on the 21st of March. The lady nicely informed me that no documents/communication had been received from Miway regarding my claim. I gave her my copies and she promised to get back to me as soon as she hears from Miway..
A couple more reminders to Jethro and his supervisor Tramaine Simelane still no response.
Hey it has been 5 weeks!
Seriously, what must I do? I am busy, I am also in the service industry.
I keep my patients happy and go to great lengths to be available to them and at least, respond to their queries. I hate to brag but I am one heck of a doc! Because I do my work with all diligence and the fear of. At least Jethro or Tramaine should reassure that everything is still on course.
Come to think about it, does Miway really take 5 weeks to respond? I find it unusual. Abnormal. Disappointing.
