I have been with MiWay for 5 years now and always been impressed with their service until I tried to claim..yes in the 5years that i've been with them this is the first time I'm actually claiming for an accident.. I spoke to one of their agents yesterday requesting for some feedback with the claim I opened last year August..now he says the might be a problem because 6 months has passed..I emailed Jethro in August and told him that I'll be claiming from them since the other girls insurance refused to pay and he didn't bother to reply (yes I still have the email). When I call them they promise to call back but they never do (and yes I have proof because all those calls i recorded). The guy I spoke to said they received a quotation for R9000 odd why the did Jethro not say anything..But the way your TV ads are nothing but a and I hope somebody who's looking for an insurance reads this first so they can know what they getting themselves into if they choose Miway..And if you already with MiWay run before you get into an accident..And Jethro you ..I've been with you guys for 5years, 5 years what's R9000??
