When I established that I will not receive a courtesy car, when my car goes in, in March, I request Miway in assisting me getting a panel-beater that would be able to assist me with a courtesy car. I was given a list of panel-beaters who I can contact to find out whether they can assist me. Miway did not assist me as the client in this matter. I finally found a panel-beater and requested Miway to direct my claim to them, I"m still waiting for an answer whether this was done.
When I finally saw the assessment that was done on the bakkie, my canopy was not included. When contacting Miway they had to get the recordings to see whether I included this in my policy. Surely they should advise you as service providers that they would suggest that this gets included. I'm still waiting for feedback regarding this issue. Again I phoned today and waited 15 minutes with no one answering.
