Treating customers very badly

My Mom and Dad went to FNB Brackenhurst today in order to close an account. My Mom suffered a mild stroke last year and battles to speak but otherwise her mind is extremely clear. Emanuelle served my parents but was highly rude and in efficient in his dealings with them. Even treating my Mom like a child and not even explaining to her what the charges she signed for were for.

When my Mom told him that the customer is always right, he told her that was not true. They had to wait in the bank for two hours and still get a stinking attitude from someone who is suppose to be in Customer Care. Besides the fact that there are no queue's for old people, they were not offered any addition assistance while there as mentioned before for two hours just to close and account.

If this is what FNB calls customer service then I am glad that she closed the account.
