Ordered Parcel never received

I ordered a parcel from IISA on Jan 14 2013, payment was made and proof forwarded to IISA as instructed. On Apr 7 2013 I enquired as to why I have not received my parcel yet, upon which I was given a post office tracking number too follow up on. This tracking number, according to the post office, does not exist. I have informed IISA of this, but have not received any feedback from them since.
