Phoned Wednesday, reported I did not receive voucher, was put through to the service provider, who said they cannot help me, because they get sent a list of numbers to provide vouchers for, and I wasn't on the list, so couldn't be transferred, so I phoned help desk again, they said they will transfer me to service provider, I explained I just spoke to service provider, they then logged a complaint. I phoned back yesterday, and was told I will receive vouchers late yesterday afternoon... waited... phoned today, Page told me I will only receive it on Monday??? The people selling the product is young vibrant people, but you are not supporting them with your service delivery... leave the gaming thing out of your heli rescue plan, seeing that you cannot deliver... have to wait and see what happens when I need you.. when I REALY need you in an emergency... Hope I don't get same results...
