I WOULD LIKE TO PUT IN A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST HELIRESCUE'S CALL CENTRE AGENTS. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY POLICY BUT THE LADY ASSISTING ME REFUSSES TO CANCEL THE POLICY ON MY NAME AND I REALLY DO NOT NEED IT AS I AM INSURED UNDER MY HUSBANDS NAME. SHE SIMPLY DOES NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER AND HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT REALLY BE JUST TO TAKE THIS THING OFF OF MY NAME
