I lost my voucher and within minutes of noticing this. I went in and reported it, n was given attitude by the lady there. When, all I wanted was fot them to stop voucher number and issue a new one. I sent an email to on the 9/6/13 n was told it will be sent 2 a regional mngr to sort out. I then called them back on the 8/7/13 to get unsatisfactory feedback from a lady named Mellissa @ the customer care. N evry week, called them to be told Mellisa was busy, n I should leave a message.
Now, my question is, if the voucher has not been used. Why can I not be issued with a new voucher, 4 the money within their company.
