Well yet ANOTHER week has passed with one very aggressive call from Nelly and NO closer to resolving my issues. Although yes I concede I have been contacted that does not address my issues. How does this institution run I wonder... just evade and dodge accountability, they say a fish rots from it's head hey!!!
