Account difficulties service complaints

I'm going to explain as detailed as possible.
1) I opened an account online with FNB it was active confirmed, but had Mr. Neno details on the account, my account did not have my ID number or cards linked to it. This resulted in a three week delay in cards I had to go in branch to try and convince them to add my ID number and that the one loaded was not mine.
2) After I sorted that mess I found that the other customer's installment sale on his car is linked to my account, AGAIN i went into the branch after they failed to help me over the telephone both Wes bank and FNB. After about 4 hours of battling we managed to remove it from my account.
3) With the account in the state it was when i tried to get my SmartPhone and credit card online it both failed and said i had already taken up the offer and I was not eligible for a credit card, I called them got it approved in 2 min all due to the mix up in customer's profiles.
4) Now to top all of this for the past six months i have not been receiving ebuck for my fuel use the reason i moved to FNB in the first place. Turns out I'm not eligible.
Please explain I've complained to FNB (Ref: 3HYOSSRY) 1 week later.
Disappointing!
