CORPORATE BANKING UP!!

I send a letter on our company letterhead for all the credit cards and fuel cards to be added to our current account profile. This morning I log into my my personal banking, and I see FNB linked all my work's cards to my personal account online??? How is this even possible. Fix asap please.
