I am a new client - just joined - and already I am receiving bad service from Regent.
I mostly work via email as I am not always available on the phone due to meetings at work.
But whenever I launch a query to customer care (whether it is via regent or Liquid Finance) I am simply ignored. The latest was a query asking if you guys have received my vehicle's inspection papers and when my 1st instalment will be. That was on 9 Januarie. Until date I haven't heard as much as a peep from you.
The same thing happened when I tried to get hold of you before that.
On 24th December I sent a mail and then resend it on 7 Janaurie and then again on 8 Januarie this time with the threat of cancelling my policy. Suddenly I got a response.
Now it is just back to the same thing again.
If this is how you teat simple queries, what will happen the day when I actually have to claim and my emails are ignored as well? This is totally unacceptable! Do you only answer emails containing threats of policy cancellation?
I regret signing up with Regent!
