Our power wire burnt in the trip box, my husband phoned Outsurance call assistance, within 20 minutes we had confirmation that an Electrician will come and assist us, they stopped at my home, the problem was fixed within 10 minutes.
While the electrician was there we received a call from Outsurance from i think her surname was Mkobo, extremely friendly, wanted to find out if the electrician has arrived. We have never had service like this, this is WOW great service. No waiting for long periods, no having to call and follow up. I think other service providers need to take tips from you guys!!!
