Poor service from Denttech

I was told by Regent to take my car to Denttech in order to be repaired

Mac at Denttech has to me for the past two weeks regarding the repair works and the service is simply unacceptable and I am seriously considering cancelling my policy with Regent to move to an insurer who uses decent repair shops to do their work
