I APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH DIRECT AXIS, DUE TO MY ACCOUNT IS PAID UP THERE IT NEED TO UNLOCK THE APPLICATION SO THAT WE CAN FINALISE MY APPLICATION. I PHONED ON TE 02/10/2013 ALREADY AND EVERY DAY I PHONE AND THE GIVE ME THE SAME STORY THEY NEED TO WAIT FOR IT EVERY DAY AN TEAM LEADER DO AN ESCALATION TO IT BUT STILL NOTHING HAPPENS AND THEY CAN SAY WHEN IT WILL DO IT. IT IF IS THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL SURLY IT MUST HAVE AN TURNAROUND TIME TO WORK ON CASES.
