I was involve in an accident on 17 February 2013 and reported it same day, I also provided every thing that was need 24/02/2013 I was helped by Samantha which now when I call her she says my claim is handled by another person that one when I call the phone never went through. I am now so frustrated what to do, no transport and also not getting a service I deserve as I am paying my premiums every month. They also provided me with panel beater's numbers to contact them, there they sent me email that shows that my car is not even touched, they told me that the sales man from Toyota is saying their out of stock and other parts they will be available on June. So I'm asking how am I going to work without my car, because now I'm spending more than I have to. I will be glad if you can help me and make them to give me a new car, because my car is still new also from 16/10/2012 Toyota Etios CC98JL GP. Thank you in advance.
