2 months later, car still not fixed

I had an accident in February and my car was hit from the back. I reported the accident to FFW the following day, took my car in for an assessment and was told to take my car to a panel beater. Since my car was drive-able, I informed the panel beater that I will not book my car in until all parts have been sourced (thank for that). It has now been more than 2 months and my car is still NOT fixed. I call the panel beater and the FFW call centre every day just to be told that they can't source the remaining part (the tail gait).

Now as an insurer, do you think its ok that my car is still damaged and no one is getting in touch with me to let me know? I have to beg you people to fix my car yet I pay for insurance every month. The worse part, premiums are going up from the 1st of May. And what am I paying for exactly? The lack of service from your side. Talk about 1st for NOTHING!!! Now there is nothing else to do but escalate this further and further...
